Assumption Of Risk
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules, terms, policies, advertising standards, and community guidelines of each social media platform you use.
You acknowledge that using third-party social media growth services may involve risks, including content removal, reduced visibility, follower loss, account restrictions, suspension, termination, reputational harm, or other action by a social media platform or community moderator.
You accept these risks and are responsible for deciding whether a Socializer service is appropriate for your account, business, content, and intended use.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socializer and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
This exclusion includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, customers, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, account access, content, or use of a social media account, even if Socializer was advised that such damages were possible.
Socializer will not be liable for damages or losses resulting from:

- Changes to platform algorithms, policies, terms, features, or enforcement practices.
- Suspension, restriction, deletion, demonetization, or reduced visibility of an account or content.
- Loss, removal, or reduced retention of followers, comments, likes, views, or other social signals.
- Incorrect usernames, profile links, page links, post URLs, instructions, or content supplied by the customer.
- A private, inaccessible, restricted, deleted, renamed, or changed account or post.
- Unauthorized access to a customer account caused by the customer sharing credentials with another party.
- Delays, interruptions, errors, outages, cyberattacks, third-party failures, or events beyond Socializer's reasonable control.
- Customer content, instructions, marketing claims, disclosures, regulatory compliance, or use of the delivered services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socializer's total cumulative liability arising from or relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Socializer for that order.
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, warranties, conditions, or liabilities, the exclusion or limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the social media accounts, pages, posts, links, usernames, text, instructions, and other materials submitted with your order.
You must not use Socializer to publish unlawful content, impersonate another person, create fake reviews or testimonials, make undisclosed endorsements, manipulate civic or political discussions, mislead consumers, harass others, or violate intellectual property, privacy, advertising, or consumer protection laws.
Socializer may reject, pause, or cancel an order that appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, technically impossible, or inconsistent with our policies.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socializer and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:

Third-Party Platforms
Socializer is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.
Those platforms are independent third parties. Socializer has no control over their systems, availability, algorithms, moderation decisions, account actions, or policy changes.
Force Majeure
Socializer will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include platform outages, policy changes, internet failures, hosting failures, payment processor interruptions, cyberattacks, labour disputes, natural disasters, governmental action, war, civil unrest, or failures of third-party suppliers.
Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any right, remedy, warranty, condition, or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or other laws.
If any exclusion or limitation in these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted and limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
