Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Socializer website, checkout, customer support, and social media growth services. In these Terms, "Socializer," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of Socializer. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to the person or organization using the website or purchasing a service.
By accessing the website, placing an order, or selecting a checkbox confirming acceptance, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific conditions displayed on the product or checkout page. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. When ordering for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. About Our Services
Socializer provides online social media growth and promotional services. Depending on the package selected, services may include followers, likes, views, comments, or other social signals for public social media profiles, pages, posts, or content.
The exact quantity, estimated delivery period, eligibility requirements, refill coverage, price, and other service details are shown on the applicable product or checkout page. Those details form part of these Terms.
Socializer is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the service description before ordering and for providing complete and accurate information.
You agree to:
- Provide the correct public username, profile URL, page URL, post URL, quantity, and instructions.
- Keep the relevant account, profile, page, or post public and accessible until delivery is complete.
- Avoid changing the username, URL, privacy settings, or content in a way that prevents delivery.
- Confirm that you are authorized to order services for the account, page, profile, or post provided.
- Review and comply with the rules, terms, policies, advertising requirements, and community standards of the applicable platform.
- Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
- Monitor the order and contact support promptly if a delivery issue occurs.
Socializer is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect information, private or inaccessible content, deleted posts, changed usernames, platform restrictions, or other circumstances within your control.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Socializer services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or legal right.
- Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or target another person.
- Create fake customer reviews, fabricated testimonials, undisclosed endorsements, or false claims of personal experience.
- Mislead consumers about the popularity, quality, safety, effectiveness, origin, or reputation of a product or service.
- Manipulate political, electoral, civic, public health, financial, or other high-impact discussions.
- Promote fraud, scams, illegal products, prohibited services, hate, violence, or unlawful discrimination.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Interfere with the website, payment systems, delivery systems, accounts, servers, or security controls.
- Submit content or instructions that are deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or technically impossible to fulfil.
We may reject, pause, modify, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, a platform rule, or the rights of another person.
4. Orders And Acceptance
Submitting payment does not guarantee that an order will be accepted. An order is accepted when payment is approved and Socializer begins processing it or confirms acceptance.
We may request additional information to verify an order, confirm authorization, prevent fraud, or resolve unclear instructions. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent delivery.
Each order applies only to the profile, page, post, URL, username, quantity, and service type submitted at checkout. Orders cannot normally be transferred after processing has started.
5. Pricing, Currency, And Taxes
Prices, currency, and the final amount payable are displayed before checkout is completed. You are responsible for reviewing the total before confirming payment.
Depending on your location, the final total may include GST, HST, PST, QST, or other applicable taxes. Your bank or card issuer may separately charge currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other fees. Socializer does not control those fees.
We may change prices or packages at any time. Price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, unless a correction is required for an obvious pricing or technical error.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Available methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other options supported by the payment processor.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You agree not to initiate a false, misleading, or fraudulent payment dispute.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized charge or seek a remedy available under applicable law. We may provide order records, delivery information, communications, acceptance records, and other relevant evidence to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a dispute.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and begin only after payment is approved, the order is accepted, and all required information has been supplied.
Delivery speed may vary based on package size, order volume, platform conditions, technical availability, account accessibility, and other operational factors. Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, an estimated timeframe is not a promise that every order will finish at an exact date or time.
Delivery may occur gradually. A service may begin before the full order is completed. You must keep the relevant profile, page, post, or content public and unchanged during delivery.
Socializer may pause delivery when:
- The submitted URL or username is incorrect.
- The account, page, post, or content is private, restricted, unavailable, renamed, or deleted.
- The platform is experiencing an outage, policy change, technical issue, or enforcement action.
- Additional information is required from you.
- Continuing the order may create a security, legal, fraud, or compliance concern.
8. Results And Service Limitations
Socializer provides the quantity and service described in the accepted order, subject to these Terms and any applicable coverage policy. We do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, financial, or platform outcome.
Socializer does not guarantee:
- Organic engagement, comments, shares, clicks, traffic, leads, customers, sales, revenue, or profit.
- Algorithmic promotion, search ranking, recommendation, virality, or placement on a discovery feed.
- Verification, monetization, sponsorships, brand deals, account eligibility, or platform approval.
- That every delivered social signal will remain permanently.
- That an account or item will avoid review, removal, restriction, suspension, or other platform action.
- That a service will be impossible for a platform, moderator, user, or third party to identify.
- A specific country, province, city, demographic, interest, or geographic origin unless the package expressly includes that targeting.
Platform algorithms, policies, features, and enforcement systems are controlled by independent third parties and may change at any time.
9. Refund Policy
A refund may be provided only when your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe because of an error or delay on Socializer's end.
To qualify for review:
- You must contact our support team within 30 days of placing the order.
- You must include the order ID.
- You must provide a short explanation of the issue and any reasonably requested supporting information or proof.
- The delay or failure must not have been caused by an incorrect URL, changed username, private account, inaccessible content, deleted post, platform restriction, customer instruction, payment issue, or another circumstance outside Socializer's reasonable control.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. We will review the order history, delivery records, communications, account accessibility, and other relevant information.
When an order qualifies, Socializer may offer one or more of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:
- Completion or restart of the outstanding delivery.
- A replacement service of equivalent value, with your agreement.
- A partial refund for the undelivered portion.
- A full refund when none of the purchased service was delivered and the qualifying failure was caused by Socializer.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Bank and payment processor timelines may affect when the funds appear.
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- Completed or substantially completed orders.
- Changes of mind after processing has started.
- Dissatisfaction with engagement, traffic, sales, revenue, or another result that was not guaranteed.
- Follower, like, view, or service drops that qualify for the refill policy.
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer.
- Private, unavailable, restricted, renamed, or deleted accounts, pages, posts, or content.
- Platform actions, policy changes, outages, or enforcement decisions outside our reasonable control.
- Free, promotional, bonus, replacement, or complimentary services.
Nothing in this section limits a refund, cancellation right, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. 60-Day Refill Guarantee
Socializer offers a complimentary 60-day refill guarantee for eligible followers, likes, views, and other services that drop after delivery.
Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, remove inactive accounts, adjust displayed metrics, and take other actions that may cause normal fluctuations. When an eligible drop occurs, we will refill the missing amount at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The refill request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- You must provide the order ID and the correct profile, page, post, or content URL.
- The applicable account, page, post, or content must remain public and accessible.
- You must not have changed the username or URL in a way that prevents verification.
- The drop must relate to the service delivered under the identified order.
- The request must not seek to replace losses caused by your removal of content, account deletion, account suspension, private settings, or another action within your control.
Refill eligibility is determined using available delivery records and the visible count at the time of review. Refill processing time may vary based on service availability and platform conditions.
The refill guarantee provides replacement service only. It does not extend the original 60-day coverage period, create a new warranty period, or guarantee permanent retention.
Where a drop qualifies for refill coverage, a refund is not normally provided instead of the refill unless required by applicable law or agreed by Socializer in writing.
11. Order Adjustments, Cancellations, And Rejections
You should contact support immediately if an order contains an error. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after processing begins.
Socializer may reject, pause, or cancel an order when:
- The order violates these Terms or applicable law.
- The requested service is unavailable or technically impossible.
- The instructions are incomplete, inaccurate, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe.
- The payment appears unauthorized, fraudulent, or unusually high risk.
- The relevant account, profile, page, post, or content is inaccessible.
- A platform change or other event prevents reasonable delivery.
If Socializer cancels an order before delivery for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate refund or account credit for the undelivered amount, subject to applicable law.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Social media platforms are independent third parties. Socializer does not control their systems, moderation, policies, algorithms, account decisions, availability, or technical performance.
You acknowledge that using social media growth services may involve risks, including:
- Loss or removal of followers, likes, comments, views, or other signals.
- Reduced reach or visibility.
- Content removal.
- Account review, restriction, suspension, or termination.
- Loss of monetization, verification, access, or platform features.
- Reputational, commercial, or contractual consequences.
You are responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for your account, content, business, and intended use.
13. Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Socializer disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and results.
We do not warrant that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every platform, or free from harmful components.
Any specific refund, delivery, refill, or replacement commitment is limited to the written conditions stated in these Terms or on the applicable service page.
14. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socializer and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
This exclusion includes loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, customers, contracts, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, content, account access, platform access, or use of a social media account, even if the possibility of such loss was known or reasonably foreseeable.
Socializer will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:
- Actions or decisions by a social media platform, moderator, payment processor, bank, hosting provider, or other third party.
- Changes to algorithms, policies, terms, prices, features, systems, or enforcement practices.
- Account suspension, termination, restriction, demonetization, verification loss, or reduced visibility.
- Removal, loss, fluctuation, or reduced retention of social signals.
- Incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed information supplied by you.
- Your content, statements, advertising, disclosures, customer relationships, or legal compliance.
- Unauthorized account access caused by your disclosure of credentials or failure to secure an account.
- Internet outages, cyberattacks, software errors, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socializer's total cumulative liability arising from or relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Socializer for that order.
If applicable law does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Socializer and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the website or services.
- Your content, instructions, advertising, claims, disclosures, or business activities.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of a platform rule or policy.
- Your violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
- A dispute involving an account, page, post, product, service, person, or organization connected to your order.
This section does not require you to indemnify Socializer for liability caused solely by Socializer's own conduct where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
16. Intellectual Property And Website Licence
The Socializer website, branding, text, graphics, software, design, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Socializer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Socializer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes.
You must not:
- Copy, republish, sell, licence, scrape, or commercially exploit website materials without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or interfere with website software or security.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use automated systems to overload, extract from, or abuse the website.
- Use Socializer branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.
17. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information are described in the Socializer Privacy Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that policy.
18. Reviews And Public Content
If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, or other content for publication, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not violate another person's rights.
You grant Socializer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format, reproduce, and use the submitted content for operating and promoting the service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, or remove content that contains spam, private information, unlawful material, unsupported claims, or content unrelated to the service. We will not materially change the meaning of a genuine customer review without permission.
19. Force Majeure
Socializer will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include platform outages, algorithm or policy changes, internet failures, hosting failures, payment processor interruptions, cyberattacks, labour disputes, natural disasters, governmental action, war, civil unrest, public emergencies, or failure of third-party suppliers.
When reasonably possible, we will resume performance after the affected condition ends. This section does not remove any mandatory refund or consumer right that applies by law.
20. Suspension And Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the website, support, or services when you breach these Terms, misuse the service, threaten staff, submit fraudulent payments, create security risks, or engage in unlawful conduct.
Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, dispute rights, indemnities, limitations, or other provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.
21. Changes To Services And Terms
We may update the website, services, packages, prices, policies, and these Terms to reflect operational, legal, security, or business changes.
The current version will be posted with a revised last updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. The terms accepted when an order was placed will generally govern that order, except where a change is required by law, improves customer rights, or addresses an urgent security issue.
22. Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Canadian province or territory in which Socializer is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in that province or territory, and each party accepts the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact Socializer and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, filing a payment dispute in good faith, or using a consumer remedy that cannot legally be restricted.
23. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. Socializer may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer of the business.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable service page, and any written order-specific agreement form the entire agreement between you and Socializer regarding the service.
24. Contact And Support
Questions, refund requests, refill requests, and order concerns can be submitted through our contact form.
Include your order ID and enough information for us to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, although response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, or complex investigations.
